By clicking booking button you have acknowledge that you read and understand all BOOKING POLICY  and TERM AND CONDITONS below.

Advance Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-Day Booking: Same-day appointments may be available, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your email and click on reschedule or cancel. 2 hours notice required for change to your appointment.

Late arrival: will result in appointment cancelation, services reduce to accommodate the next appointment, however we will try to accommodate you if we still have spot available for you, but we ask that you give us at least 2 hours notice for any change to your appointment. 

No show: will be noted. if multiple no shows continue to happen, you future appointment under your phone number or email will not longer be accepted. However you can still receive service from us but only as Walk in on first come first serve basis.

Appointment with specific technician: This is 24 hour require, same day appointment will not guaranteed the assignment to the tech you are requesting, because we need time to allocate schedule. however we will try to accommodate is the tech you are requesting is available.

1. Health and Safety

1.1. Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform us of any existing health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. This includes but is not limited to skin conditions, fungal infections, or recent surgeries. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from services if such conditions were not disclosed.

1.2. Pre-existing Conditions: If you have had any recent cuts or wounds, please inform us prior to your service. We are not responsible for any irritation or complications that may arise from such conditions.

2. Slippery Surfaces

2.1. Safety: Our salon maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. However, due to the nature of our services, surfaces may become slippery. Please exercise caution when walking within the salon. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from slippery surfaces.

3. Allergies

3.1. Product Reactions: While we use high-quality products, reactions to certain products or chemicals may occur. If you experience any discomfort or allergic reactions during or after the service, please notify us immediately. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or other side effects.

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1. Appointment Changes: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 2 hours' notice through the link provided in your confirmation email. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or the inability to book future appointments.

4.2. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will attempt to accommodate you based on availability. However, you may be served on a first-come, first-served basis and may experience reduced service time. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by late arrivals.

5. Payment

5.1. Charges: Payment is required upon completion of services. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1. Responsibility: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables left unattended in the salon. Please keep your personal items with you at all times.

7. Color Matching

7.1. Color Preferences: While we strive to match nail colors and finishes to your preferences, slight variations may occur due to factors such as lighting and product formulation. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction related to color matching.

8. Personal Preferences

8.1. Service Expectations: We aim to provide services according to your preferences. However, personal preferences can be subjective, and we are not liable for dissatisfaction based on subjective outcomes or expectations.

9. Pets and Children

9.1. Pets: For the health and safety of all clients, pets are not permitted in the salon, with the exception of service animals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

9.2. Children: We ask that children be accompanied by an adult and remain seated during the service to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries involving children in the salon.
